Description and configuration of standard booth

（1）Design and kit of 9㎡ standard booth

 

Each 9sqm (3*3) Standard booth consists of following items:

Booth height：overall height:3.5m、wall height: 2.5m；

Carpet：Gray；

Fascia board：2.0mL *0.3mH with company name and booth No.;

Panel：The booth is composed of aluminum brackets and three white panels. The corner booth has two panels and two fascia boards；

Furniture：1 no. of Info counter（100cmL x 50cmW x 75cmH）、2 nos. of white chairs、1 no. of waste bin；

Electrical appliances：1 no. of 500W single-phase socket (for small electrical appliances only, not to connect to lightings and machines) 、2 nos. of 28W long arm spotlights.

 

(2)Design and Kit of 18 ㎡ Standard Booth

 

 

Each 18sqm (3*6) Standard booth consists of following items:

Height：Overall height:3.5m、wall height: 2.5m；

Carpet：Gray；

Fascia board：Two pieces 2.0mL *0.3mH with company name and booth No.;

Panel：The booth is composed of aluminum brackets and three white panels. The corner booth has two panels and three fascia boards；

Furniture：1 no. of Info counter（100cmL x 50cmW x 75cmH）、2 nos. of white chairs、1 no. of waste bin；

Electrical appliances：2 no. of 500W single-phase socket (for small electrical appliances only, not to connect to lightings and machines) 、4 nos. of 28W long arm spotlights.

• The above perspective is for reference only. The construction will be executed on a case-by-case basis.
• Shell scheme exhibitors shall not modify the booth construction, including painting, sticking, nailing and drilling, without the consent of the organizer. Exhibitors will have to make good of any damages or losses. A written approval from the organizer is required if the modification is necessary. All relating expenses shall be borne by the exhibitors.
• No lighting fixture is allowed to be connected by shell scheme exhibitors. For any result caused by that illegal behavior, such as power tripping, short circuit, wire burning and electric box broken, the exhibitors should take all responsibilities and compensate for losses.
• Socket is not for lighting use, but for electricity supply of low power equipment only, which is lower than the maximum power of socket. For high power equipment, please order power supply additionally.
• The multinomial sockets are not allowed for use so as to avoid the short circuit due to the overload.
• Exhibitors are required to mark on the Form 3 (Stand Layout) the position of all additional items ordered.
• Shell scheme exhibitors shall not change the booth type to raw space without written approval from the organizer.
• The organizer reserves the right of slight changes to the booth allocation.
• Please declare in advance if your exhibits shall be in place before the construction of Schell scheme booth. Normally shell scheme booth is built orderly according to onsite situation and completed 1 day before the exhibition. The furniture is ready for shell scheme booth in the afternoon of 2nd construction day. No refundment will be entertained for unused complimentary furniture in stand packages.
• If the exhibitor uses non-environmentally friendly materials (e.g. KT boards) or bring own wooden furniture or adds structure onsite in shell scheme booth, the official contractor have the right to request rectification and charge a deposit of RMB 1000 / booth. The deposit will be refunded after all materials and structures are recycled by the exhibitor during the dismantling period.
